This class has a little of everything you need for an active healthy lifestyle! Have fun with a mini fitness boot camp, games, activities, and rhythmic dancing. We will focus on developing a greater awareness of both body, mind wellness and breathing as we learn how to be a healthy person in mind and body. Learn to focus and concentrate on how meditation can help lift mind and spirit. Increase balance, flexibility, agility, coordination, speed and motor skills. Learn about healthy eating habits, good sportsmanship and active life style and encourage personal fitness that can stretch through the adolescent and adulthood. We’ll focus on different topics each week, ranging from Love and Kindness to How to overcome frustration and sadness. Please bring a mat if you have one!
