This fun boot-camp has a little of everything for an active healthy lifestyle! For BOYS & GIRLS! Have fun with various types of obstacle courses and ultimate yoga challenges and other fun challenging fitness activities and learn! We will focus on developing a greater awareness of both body, mind wellness and breathing as we learn how to be a healthy person in mind and body. Learn to focus and concentrate on how meditation can help lift the mind and spirit. Increase balance, flexibility, agility, coordination, speed and motor skills. Learn about healthy eating habits, good sportsmanship and active life style and encourage personal fitness that can stretch through adolescence and adulthood. We’ll focus on different topics each week, ranging from Love and Kindness to how to overcome frustration and sadness. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one!
