This class not just a yoga class but we will learn how to lead a positive, healthy, meaningful lifestyle with building inner power! We will focus on developing a greater awareness of both body, mind wellness and breathing as we learn how to be a healthy person in mind and body. Learn to focus and concentrate and how meditation can help lift mind and spirit. Increase balance, flexibility, agility, coordination. Practice with attention and intention. Our signature classes typically move through a warm-up and Sun Salutations into strategically sequenced postures, working toward a particular peak pose or targeting a specific body part. Come prepared to learn how to move your body skillfully and safely on the mat. This course is also designed to help us look more deeply at self-compassion and develop skills to work with difficult emotions. The inner censor’s voice can often deprive us of our self-confidence and inner peace. Participants learn to respond to difficult moments with loving kindness, understanding, and self-care. This powerful tool helps us develop emotional resilience and enhances emotional well-being. You’ll leave these classes feeling like you got a satisfying workout for both your body and your mind. Please bring a mat if you have one!
