Stress and anxiety can be challenging to deal with on a daily basis. Stress can come from work, home and other personal experiences. If you use music to relax and unwind, this is the class for you! This course will teach participants to relieve stress using music therapy and other techniques to reduce anxiety. At the end of the course, each person will have a list of songs that will help them to address their needs. A board certified music therapist will be facilitating this class.
