Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG 30 combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves. It incorporates the proven H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) workout except with a twist we call our program H.I.T.T (High Intensity Tempo Training) driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation, the strength of the beat will challenge your muscles and cardio system to find power, strength, speed, stamina and mobility. High intensity moves include (high knees, burpees, jumping jacks, etc.) these moves are interchanged with lower intensity moves (lunges, jump rope, kickboxing). This efficient and focused class helps you fit fitness into any schedule. Make every minute count as you push your limits, discover the athlete within you; feel the force, the energy and get fit. This is a 30 min class plus a challenge at the end of the class, challenges include: plank challenge, squat challenge, burpee challenge.
