“Let’s all have fun together, help and support and lift each other up! Releasing the stressful minds and bodies and fill them up with love and peace. This uplifting yoga session will focus on fine tuning alignment and developing greater awareness of body, mind and breathing. Building inner peace and building strong, resilient minds! We’ll also learn to be positive, concentrate, and create and spread positive energy. Will have fun with up-beating music, moving to the music and exercise and lots of body movements in a group setting.
