Sewing Basics: Bedroom-Style Pillow Case @ DEC

In this sewing class, you will learn the basics of machine sewing.  Learn how to thread a machine, discover the purpose of all those dials and buttons on your machine, tips and tricks for the perfect straight stitch and walk out with a custom, handmade bedroom-style pillow case! You are encouraged to bring your own machine, but we will have machines available for use as well.  You must bring all materials to class and be sure to purchase the correct type of fabric for the best result.  Ask for assistance at the store if needed.  Please watch your course confirmation for a link to the list of materials to bring with you to class.

Skyhawks Lacrosse combines basic skills used in soccer, basketball and hockey into one fast-paced game. Athletes will learn the fundamentals of stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting in a fun, non-checking environment.
