Make the most of your workout with this High Intensity Interval Training! Get a head to toe workout in 30 minutes! Siting all day in a desk can be hard on our bodies and we all know activity is an important part of a healthy lifestyle – all of us included! Circuit training is a quick, fun way to incorporate activity for a head to toe workout. Be an advocate for your health and join this fun, active class! All equipment provided and all levels welcome!

Body Sculpting and Conditioning @ Chaska High School

Come join the fun! Meet new people and get in shape! This class is for all levels. Tone your whole body and improve your muscular strength through many different sculpting and conditioning exercises head to toe. We will be using a variety of different exercise equipment, such as, hand weights, stability balls, kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands and more (all provided). This class is a great addition to any cardiovascular workout!

Total Body & Flow Yoga @ Family Learning Center

This is a combo class of Kaari’s Total Body Conditioning and Flow Yoga classes.  Sign up for this class to receive a discount for taking multiple classes taught by Kaari!  Discount is already included in the price.

Total Body Conditioning @ Family Learning Center

This class will boost your overall fitness condition through intervals, strength training, plyometrics, and core training. We will use a variety of equipment to challenge your balance, muscles and cardiovascular system. Fit 45 @ Carver Elementary School

Join this high energy class for a quick workout!  Fit 45 is an easy to follow, intermediate level group fitness class that will make the most of every second you give it.  Using a variety of strength and cardio moves, participants will get a full body workout while building muscle and endurance.  Be sure to bring a mat for use during cool down stretching.  Register for Fit 45 session 1 & Fit 60 January class to receive a $10.00 discount.

Flow Yoga @ Family Learning Center

This class focuses on a variety of yoga formats including holding (Hatha) as well as connecting breath with flowing movements to lengthen and strengthen the body. The emphasis of each class will be creating proper body alignment, mindfulness, and observing breath and body. This yoga class is great for those looking to release tension and stress in the body after your workday. This is a dance fitness class featuring exotic rhythms from around the world.  Come sweat and have fun dancing easy to follow routines of Belly Dance, Bollywood, Samba, Salsa, American Pop, and more.  All levels welcome, come try it!
