It’s time for track! Develop skills, knowledge and experience with various running and field events. The program includes inter-squad and area school meets, and a track t-shirt. Wear running shoes and plan for the weather with appropriate clothing. The first day of practice the participants should report to the CMSW Small Gym changed and ready to practice. Please register by the school your student attends. Parents and athletes will receive the season schedule during the first week of practice.
Come join the fun! Meet new people and get in shape! This class is for all levels. Tone your whole body and improve your muscular strength through many different sculpting and conditioning exercises head to toe. We will be using a variety of different exercise equipment, such as, hand weights, stability balls, kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands and more (all provided). This class is a great addition to any cardiovascular workout!

Have you ever wanted to learn how to make your own pottery or clay projects? Learn how to throw on the wheel in this laid back studio atmosphere. Beginners will be introduced to the potters wheel and start by creating bowls, cups and other basic forms. Intermediate learners will expand their skills and techniques with more advanced forms and demonstrations. Every student will leave with finished projects that are functional, food safe and an original work of art. $17 materials fee for the 1st bag of clay. Students buy more if needed.

Fencing is one of the fastest growing sports in the USA and Youth Enrichment League (YEL) fencing continues to evolve to match that pace. Olympic Coach Ro Sobalvarro heads up YEL’s curriculum, ongoing instructor training and tournament consultation. Coach Sobalvarro brings with him an immense knowledge of youth, national and international fencing. Fall is a great time for beginning and returning students. New students get introduced to a pulse-pounding sport while returning students continue their study through Coach Sobalvarro’s progressive curriculum. Safety is our first priority. Take your tapping to the next level. This class is fun cardio exercise that will improve your dance technique and rhythm. You will learn new tap dance steps and a choreographed tap routine. This class is for those with previous tap experience or have taken Tap Dance 1. Bring your tap shoes.
