Summer PULSE 2019 Information
The PULSE is available to students entering grades 5-8 in the fall of 2019. (current 4-7 grades)
The PULSE is open Monday through Thursday. Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Dates for summer 2019: Wednesday, June 12-Thursday, August 15.
Closed: July 4& 5.
The PULSE is offered at Pioneer Ridge Middle School
The PULSE is a pick-your-days program. There is no minimum per week to attend. The fee per day is $40.
A light breakfast and an afternoon snack are provided daily.
Families must provide a bag lunch and beverage.
Fieldtrips are scheduled throughout the summer. Schedules will be posted at each location as well as on the program websites. Fieldtrips are attended by all children present that day. All staff attend field trips.
Participants of THE PULSE will have the opportunity to go on many field trips throughout the summer. A schedule will be available in mid-March. In addition to the scheduled trips, THE PULSE may add impromptu trips as decided by the participants. A bus will be available daily. Ideas will be generated by participants but may include an afternoon movie on rainy days, trips to Dairy Queen, local parks, etc.
Registration Opens February 19th!
Summer registration opens on-line for ALL FAMILIES February 19th at 6:00 a.m.
A non-refundable registration fee of $30 is due at the time of registration.
The week of February 19-22 we will review and process registrations of families currently enrolled in the full day preschool and/or Club Care programs.
Beginning February 25 we will review and process other registration requests based on the order they were received and space availability at desired site.
The PULSE is a pick-your-day program. Schedule of days attending is due by April 15.
