Summer Club Care
Summer Care Program Update-
July 23, 2020
Yesterday, Governor Walz issued an emergency executive order which requires all Minnesotans to wear face coverings while in indoor public spaces, effective July 25.
In accordance with this mandate, beginning Monday, Children (age 5 and older) and staff will be required to use masks/face coverings while in our school buildings for the remainder of the summer. Note: According to the mandate, masks are not required if your child has a medical condition, mental health condition, or disability that makes it unreasonable to wear a mask.
This helpful flyer shares several fun and engaging ways that parents can help children adapt to wearing a mask and hints on how to help them understand why face coverings are important.

Please talk with your child’s Out-of-School-Time Site Supervisor if you have any questions about this new mask/face covering requirement which becomes effective on Monday, July 25. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to plan for safe, enriching and engaging programs for you and your child throughout the summer.
