School Year Registration 2017/2018: Registration for the 2017/2018 school year will take place in the spring of 2017. Children must be registered for kindergarten prior to enrolling in Club Care. Watch for more information in the coming weeks.
Club Care is a school age child care program offered through Community Education. This is an optional program in the district. Club Care curriculum is developed based on the needs and interest of students and with the philosophy that learning is a year-round process.
Club Care demand and enrollment continues to increase each year and the 2016-17 school year is no exception. Eastern Carver County Schools Community Education is committed to providing high quality, safe programming for our Club Care students – and this means hiring the appropriate number of staff members in each of our care sites.
Based on our current staffing projections, our Club Care enrollment is full for the 2016-17 school year and we are unable to accept any additional registrations for the current school year. The part-time nature and irregular schedule of the Club Care program (early morning and late afternoon shifts) makes it especially challenging to fill these positions. However, we continue to look for high quality, caring staff to join our Club Care team.
Thank you for your patience as we continue to build our program.
Club Care is available to children in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. The school year program is in operation before and after school on days that school is in session. The program is open from 6:30 a.m. until school starts and when school dismisses until 6 p.m.
Registration will open February 21 @ 6 a.m.
