- How do I reserve a space? You will need an online account to reserve space. If this is your first time requesting space send an email to email@example.com. Let us know a) your group name, b) email and c) full name. We will get you set up in our system so you can request a facility online.
- I know I have an account, but I can’t remember how to login. Click Manage Facility Account, and login. If you are unsure if you have an account email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- I am unable to login to reserve space. Email email@example.com with details.
- How do I see if a space is available? Look at our availability calendar.
- How do I make changes to an existing request? Email firstname.lastname@example.org with details.
- How do I cancel a request? Email email@example.com with details.
- How far out can I reserve space?
All school-sponsored events receive priority. All outside user groups can reserve space following the schedule below:
