To distribute your organization's flyer
Flyers must meet criteria according to district Policy #904 and the classes, events or activities must take place within the boundaries of Eastern Carver County School District. All flyers are approved by the District through the Peachjar system. With the exception of Community Education-sponsored classes and programs, no paper flyers will be distributed to students or schools.
Groups posting information must be:
a. Local, non-profit organizations with an official 501(c)3 designation or similar non-profit status;
b. Offering activities/events/classes which contribute to the positive academic, social, or physical development of our students;
c. Offering activities/events locally within District 112 boundaries.
If your organization and event meets ALL THREE criteria, visit www.peachjar.com for instructions on how to upload your flyer. Peachjar charges a small fee for this service.
Once uploaded, your flier will be automatically submitted to the District. District staff will approve or deny the flyer based on district policy and program content. Flyers will be emailed on a weekly basis. Flyers must be submitted for approval by Wednesday at 5 p.m. for email delivery on Fridays.
