Summer Care Programs: enrollment opens Feb. 21

Community Ed offers three options for care over the summer months.

Summer SMILES  Age 3-entering 1st grade
Summer is a time for young children to explore, create, and make lasting memories through exciting and engaging activities. The Summer SMILES program is designed to provide care for children ages 3 to those entering first grade while ensuring they have a fun and enriching summer experience.

CLUB CARE  Entering grades 1-5
Club Care is all about keeping elementary age kids engaged, active, and having a blast throughout the summer. With a mix of educational and recreational activities, this program ensures that every day is filled with excitement.

The PULSE  Entering grades 5-8
The PULSE program is designed to nurture preteens' interests and encourage them to step out of their comfort zones, fostering personal growth and independence in a supportive environment.

Online registration begins Wednesday, Feb. 21 at 8 a.m.
Summer registration opens on-line for ALL FAMILIES February 21st at 8:00 a.m. A non-refundable registration fee of $35 is due at the time of registration. This fee is not refundable for a participant-initiated cancellation. If programs are full, no fee will be charged. 
February 21st – March 1st we will review and process registrations of families currently enrolled in the full day preschool and/or Club Care programs. Beginning March 2nd, we will review and process other registration requests based on the order received and space availability at desired site, until full.

Club Care 24/25 school year enrollment

Enrollment opens Tuesday, April 9

Welcome to Club Care! Enrollment for next school year opens on Tuesday, April 9th at 8 a.m. With a reputation for excellence and a curriculum designed to engage and inspire, our program caters to children in grades K-5.

Space is limited and demand is high. Everyone is encouraged to enroll on April 9. Beginning April 10 we will review and process registrations from families currently enrolled in school year Club Care, Full Day Preschool, and their siblings in the order in which they are received.

If space allows:  we will continue to review and process all other registrations based on each site’s capacity.

2024/2025 Enrollment

Registration begins on Friday, Jan. 12

  • Registration opens for all on Friday, Jan. 12 at 8 a.m. All families may submit their enrollment online on 1/12/24 and after.
  • Current StormHawks Preschool, ECFE participants, and their siblings receive priority placement beginning January 12 and continuing through January 23. Requests are processed in the order they are received. 
  • Beginning on January 24, we will begin processing new family contracts in the order they were received, as space allows.
