Club Care

Before- and after- school care is offered in the following schools:

• Bluff Creek Elementary
• Carver Elementary
• Chanhassen Elementary
• Clover Ridge Elementary (morning care offered at LAA and students are bussed to school)
• Jonathan Elementary
• La Academia
• Victoria Elementary

The Club Care school year opens on the first day of school: Tuesday, September 2, 2025 and ends on the last day of school: Tuesday, June 2, 2026. A full calendar of Club Care can be found here shortly. 

The program opens for drop off at 6:30 a.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m.

Tuesday, April 8, 2025 @ 8 a.m. Online registration opens for ALL. Registrations must include a $50 registration fee. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a participant-initiated cancellation. If the program is full, the fee is not charged. 

Space is limited--beginning April 10 we will review and process registrations from families currently enrolled in school year Club Care, StormHawks Wrap Around Care, and their siblings in the order in which they are received.

If space allows:  we will review and process all other registrations based on each site’s capacity. Registrations that are not able to be processed will be put on a pending list.

All will be notified of request status by May 1.

It is the program's practice to provide currently enrolled families the courtesy of first placement. This is part of our commitment to customer service and helps strengthen relationships between students and staff. 

Our exceptional Club Care program is popular and demand is high. The program provides academic enrichment and recreation activities. Our priority is to maintain quality in a safe environment for students. Because Club Care operates under the guidelines of the state Department of Human Services, which licenses and oversees child care programs statewide, we can only offer spots to children until the program is full. The program becomes full when we maximize the staff-to-student ratio at each site. 

If your child care needs change after your original registration, please go online here to request a schedule change. Online changes will be allowed until August 5. After that date, please call 952-556-6401 to report a change to your child care needs.
