Club Care

Before- and after- school care is offered in the following schools:

• Bluff Creek Elementary
• Carver Elementary
• Chanhassen Elementary
• Clover Ridge Elementary (morning care offered at LAA and students are bussed to school)
• Jonathan Elementary
• La Academia
• Victoria Elementary

The Club Care school year opens on the first day of school: Wednesday, September 2, 2026 and ends on the last day of school: Thursday, June 3, 2027. A full calendar of Club Care can be found here shortly. 

The program opens for drop off at 6:30 a.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m.

Priority Registration

Tuesday, Apr. 7 at 8 AM – Friday, Apr. 10 at 4 PM

Online registration opens for families currently enrolled in school-year Club Care or StormHawks Wrap Around Care, and their siblings. Beginning Wednesday, April 8 registrations will be processed in the order they were received. 

Registration access will be closed Friday, April 10 at 4 PM through April 13.

General Registration

Tuesday, Apr. 14 at 8 AM

Online registration opens for all other families. This is a high-demand program with limited space. If a site is full, registrations will be placed on a pending list.

A $50 registration fee is required with each registration. The fee is non-refundable if the participant cancels. If the program is full and your registration is placed on the pending list, the fee will not be charged.

It is the program's practice to provide currently enrolled families the courtesy of first placement. This is part of our commitment to customer service and helps strengthen relationships between students and staff. 

Our exceptional Club Care program is popular and demand is high. Our priority is to maintain quality in a safe environment for students. Because Club Care operates under the guidelines of the state Department of Human Services, which licenses and oversees child care programs statewide, we can only offer spots to children until the program is full. The program becomes full when we maximize the staff-to-student ratio at each site. 

If your child care needs change after your original registration, please go online here to request a schedule change. Online changes will be allowed until August 5. After that date, please call 952-556-6401 to report a change to your child care needs.
