2027 summer care registration begins Feb. 23
Enrollment process for Summer 2027
To provide better customer service and ensure a smooth registration experience for all families, we have updated our registration timeline. The way registrations are processed has not changed, they will still be handled in the order they are received.
What has changed is the timing of when registration windows open and close. This adjustment allows our team time to fully process Priority Registration before General Registration begins, so each group receives our full attention and families receive quicker, clearer communication about their status.
Priority Registration
Tuesday, Feb. 23 at 8 AM – Friday, Feb. 26 at 4 PM
Online registration opens for families currently enrolled in school-year Club Care or StormHawks Wrap Around Care, and their siblings. Beginning Wednesday, Feb. 24 registrations will be processed in the order they were received.
Registration access will be closed Feb. 26 at 4 PM through Mar. 1.
General Registration
Tuesday, Mar. 2 at 8 AM
Online registration opens for all other families. This is a high-demand program with limited space. If a site is full, registrations will be placed on a pending list.
