At Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE), we know parenting doesn’t come with an instruction manual. That’s why the Family Help Desk is here for you.

Families with children from birth through 3rd grade can connect one-on-one with a licensed Family Educator for free, personalized support. Whether it’s bedtime routines, tantrums, potty training, sibling dynamics, school readiness, or parenting stress you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Getting started is simple: simply fill out the short request form, and a Family Educator will reach out to you.

The Family Help Desk is available to all families in Eastern Carver County and helps:
