Summer Care Programs: enrollment opens Feb. 18

Eastern Carver County Schools' Community Education is excited to announce the launch of our Summer 2025 care programs, designed to cater to the diverse needs and interests of children from ages 3 through grade 8. Enrollment begins on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.

Program Offerings:

  1. Summer SMILES
    Ages 3 (by 9/1/24) to entering grade 1

    In Summer SMILES, children engage in Science, Music, Imagination, Laughter, and Exploration. The daily schedule includes a rest period for younger children, while those entering kindergarten or first grade have quiet activity or reading time. 

  2. Summer Club Care
    Entering grades 1-5

    Club Care offers a variety of supervised activities aimed at promoting social, physical, and intellectual development in a fun and engaging environment. Participants engage in outdoor games, arts and crafts, sports, team-building exercises, and educational activities. It's an opportunity to make new friends, explore new interests, and enjoy a memorable summer experience. 

  3. Summer PULSE
    Entering grades 5-8

    Designed for middle school students, Summer PULSE offers exciting events and activities to keep participants engaged. The program focuses on meeting the needs of students as they grow into responsible teens, providing opportunities for adventure and personal growth. 

Enrollment Details:

  • Start Date: Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.
  • Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of $35 per child is due at the time of registration.
